Top Ten Tuesday: A Laugh Or Smile

Hey everyone! It’s Tuesday and that means Civil War Reenators at school today! It also means it’s time for another Top Ten Tuesdays! This amazing meme is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. You definitely need to check out their book blog if you haven’t already. This week’s topic is:

Ten Books That Will Make You Laugh (or at least chuckle)

I honestly smile more than I laugh while reading. Therefore I will manipulate the topic and do  Ten Books That Will Make You Smile. These books have most likely been over-raved so I will just show the picture of the book and the author.

Ten Books That Will Make You Smile:

  1. Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell

untitled

2. Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli

3. The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling

4. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

5. Paper Towns by John Green

6. The Diary of a Wimpy Kid series by Jeff Kinney

This is a kids series and definitely is for kids. It still made me smile.

7. The IFunny Series by James Patterson and Chris Grabenstein

8. The Smile Series by Raina Telgemeier (no pun intended)

9. True (…Sort Of) by Katherine Hannigan

10. Pay it Forward by Catherine Ryan Hyde

That’s a wrap! I hope you will check out any of these awesome books that you haven’t read.

Thanks for reading and stay tuned for next week’s Top Ten Tuesday!

Book Traveling Thursdays (#10)

Hey everyone!! It’s time for another Book Traveling Thursdays. This meme is hosted by Catia @ The Girl Who Read Too Much and Danielle @ Danielle’s Book Blog. You should definitely check their amazing blogs out! You can find information about the meme, weekly themes and more at the Goodreads group. This week’s theme is:

International Day of Happiness was celebrated a few days ago!! Choose a book that brings you joy.

This was another tough one. Some books that brought me joy were too new or I had already used it for another theme. I decided to do Pay It Forward by Catherine Ryan Hyde. I read the youth edition but could only find the original one. This is an inspiring and motivating book that everyone should read.

Original Cover/Cover From Your Country (US):

My favorite out of all of these is probably the Hungarian one.

Least Favorite(s):

My least favorite is probably the Slovak one. It doesn’t have anything at all to do with the book.

That’s all!! What’s your favorite and least favorite covers? Let me know!
